Nobody should miss a job again.

Today, whether someone finds the right job depends on the job board and on the title they type in. JobID translates people and jobs into a shared standard and brings them together, wherever a job is published and whatever its title.

The market loses time, money and people

Companies search for months. At the same time, people looking for work miss the right job because it sits on another job board or goes by another name.

One job, many titles.

The same role comes with at least 8 title variants (own analysis). Experienced managers fit 20 or more titles (experience from recruitment consulting). To miss nothing, they would have to type each one into every job board.

Why work needs a standard

Food can be compared because every pack carries the same nutrition label. Work has nothing like it. Every job, profile, project and training course describes work in its own words.

JobID creates this shared label: tasks and skills, connected in one model. Once everything is in the same standard, it can be compared across titles, languages and job boards.

The engine brings it all together

It has two jobs. First, it translates every document into the standard. Second, it pools as much inventory as possible: ads from companies and job boards on one side, job search profiles from people on the other. Every ad reaches all partner job boards, and every job search profile finds the right job, even when it is listed on another board.

Ads from company sites and job boards, as well as training offers, flow into the JobID engine. Job search profiles come from the partner job boards and jobid.com. The engine translates, compares and matches: ads go on to the partner job boards and jobid.com, matching results go back to companies and job seekers, often with suitable training. How we get there

JobID becomes the intermediary in the middle: job boards and company sites connect, and the engine links their inventory. In return, job boards get search and matching technology and new products for their customers.

What job seekers, job boards and companies gain

  • For people looking for work

One JobID that works everywhere. Suitable jobs come to you, even from job boards you have never visited.

  • For job boards

Better search for their own users, new products for their own customers and access to the network’s inventory.

  • For companies

Your job reaches everyone who fits, on every partner board and under every title. You can also search confidentially without publishing the job. We also plan for companies to use the same engine to find their own employees for open roles and suitable training, across departments and languages.

Why AI alone cannot do this

Language models understand text remarkably well. They do not connect a market on their own.

Questions and answers

What is JobID?

JobID is an engine that translates jobs, profiles, projects and training into a shared standard of tasks and skills and compares them. Its first use is an HR job board on jobid.com, planned from Q2 2027.

What does “a standard for work” mean?

All documents are translated into the same building blocks, much like a nutrition label. That makes a job ad and a profile directly comparable, even when they use completely different words.

Why is AI not enough for this?

AI estimates similarity afresh with every query and finds it hard to explain its results. A fixed standard makes matches stable, comparable and traceable. It also takes inventory from many partners and the consent of the people involved.

What happens to my data?

The plan: a JobID is shared between partners only with your consent. You decide who sees your profile.

What happens if I register as a company?

You will get one message at launch, nothing more. Registering is free and without obligation; all we need is your email address.

How do job boards become partners?

Write to mvh@jobid.com. We will talk about your inventory, your users and the products you could offer with the engine.
